Rules & Regulations
- Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, which is valid only for a specified date and time.
- Operational timings of the waterpark are from 10 AM to 4 PM, and those of the theme park are from 12 PM to 7 PM.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Outside food and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited inside the park premises.
- All items are subject to a security check at the point of entry.
- Do not use foul language, engage in unsafe, or offensive behaviour. Show common courtesy to fellow park guests and to service staff.
- Always wear Polyester or Nylon costumes (t-shirts, shorts, Bermudas, three-fourths, or swimsuits) while enjoying the water rides.
- Dresses like sarees, churidars/salwars, dupatta, formal pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourths jeans), cargos and indecent attire are not permitted inside the water park.
- Do not wear scarfs or shawls while enjoying rides to ensure the safety of all the visitors at the park.
- Guests are advised to follow safety instructions as displayed on the board. Management will not be responsible for any injury/accident caused due to negligence of guests.
- Do not dive into pools as the pools are shallow.
- Pregnant women, heart patients, and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
- Parents are advised to pay special attention to their children.
- Guests below a stipulated height and guests above a certain weight are not permitted on a few rides for safety purposes.
- The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety/technical reasons without prior notice.
- Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the park.
- Pet animals are not allowed inside the park.
- Boys' groups are not allowed.
